Camps address specific cycling issues and opportunities. Intermediate to advanced camps are suited for competitive riders and racers who are capable of riding for long hours through various types of terrain. Many cycle camps have ‘Easy’, ‘Moderate’ and ‘Challenging’ biking adventures to choose from.
Biking camps and many other sports camps also advocate safety. Bicyclists wear bike helmets and perform daily pre-ride bike inspections to practice safe cycling. Fully supported rides, mechanical support, drink mixes, gels, bars, and yoga sessions are included at most camps of this type.
Some topics covered at typical bike camps:

In addition, biking camps will have tournaments and rallies for the members. Daily on-the-road coaching and power training seminars may also be included. Biking activities at these camps are designed to build confidence, enhance cycling skills and increase all round abilities, with the aim to help each member get more from their cycling. The social interaction and team spirit at bike camps are truly enjoyable.
