Make Waves and Grow at Pioneer Pacific Camp We're all about making waves - literally! Campers dive into thrilling watersports including kayaking, tubing and even learn how to sail on open water! One of the highlights? Our amazing floating waterpark, where fun and laughter are guaranteed! But it's more than just adventure - our heart is to see young people thrive as they grow into confident leaders. Many start as campers, move on to Youth Crew and Leaders-In-Training programs, and return as part of our summer staff team. Through mentorship and faith-centered community, we guide them in building character, resilience and skills for life.

Our year-round team works tirelessly alongside InterVarsity Canada to ensure our camp thrives as a place of fun, growth, and connection. Each summer, we welcome a multicultural, dynamic team of staff who bring diverse perspectives and specialized training to camp. Our summer staff go through a rigorous interview process and receive on-site training to ensure they’re equipped to provide a safe, enriching experience for every camper. Many of them are former campers who have grown through our leadership programs. We're also supported by a carefully vetted large group of short-term volunteers who bring vital energy and expertise.
