The Cadet Program offers Canadian youth (ages 12-18) free opportunities to develop leadership, citizenship, and fitness through engaging sea, land, and air activities. Designed to build confidence and promote positive personal growth, the program provides a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Rooted in Canadian military values, it helps guide youth through their journey into adulthood, preparing them for the future with essential life skills. With 111 locations across Ontario, the program is easily accessible to youth across the province, offering a valuable experience for young Canadians.
You will learn a wide range of transferable skills, such as the ability to command tasks, make decisions, plan and organize tasks and work as an effective team player as well as independently. These skills will equip you for life and give you an extra edge when applying for employment or post-secondary education.
