    Director's Message

At Wholesome Character, we are passionate about nurturing confident, responsible, and resilient children.

As a Kids Life Coach, Etiquette Professional, and Child Advocate Lawyer, I am dedicated to equipping young people with the values and skills they need to thrive. I am privileged to work alongside an amazing and diverse team of experts in child coaching and development, ensuring that every child receives the guidance and support they need to grow in confidence, resilience, and character.

For over 8 years, we were known for our work under Children’s Light Club International (CLCI), where we impacted hundreds of children through various leadership and character development programs. To expand our reach and better serve families, we have transitioned these programs to Wholesome Character, where we continue to offer high-quality coaching and mentorship. While CLCI still exists as a nonprofit with a limited focus on charitable initiatives, all leadership and character-building programs are now part of Wholesome Character. If you see older images featuring CLCI, rest assured they still represent the same impactful programs we continue to offer today!

    Our programs include:

One-on-One Coaching – Personalized coaching to build character, confidence, and emotional strength.

Lavender Girls & Paragon Boys – Mentorship programs that foster leadership, excellence, and teamwork.

Leadership Summer Program – A transformative experience teaching integrity, resilience, and leadership skills.

At Wholesome Character, we create an environment where children feel supported, empowered, and ready to step into their full potential. Please join us and watch your child grow in character, leadership, and confidence!

    Staff and Counsellors

Our staff and volunteers at Wholesome Character are dedicated, compassionate, and highly trained to guide children toward growth and leadership. Each team member undergoes specialized training in child development, leadership, and values-based coaching. Campers and Participants remember our staff for their genuine care, approachable demeanour, and commitment to fostering a positive, encouraging environment. We maintain an ideal staff-to-camper ratio to ensure personalized attention and support. Our staff gender ratio is balanced, creating a well-rounded experience. We are proud of our high staff retention, ensuring continuity and strong relationships with returning families.
