Makerspace: 561 Edward Avenue, Unit 1, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4C 9W6

Students will have the opportunity to create a variety of projects (including their own Funko Pop toy and tool organizer) using 3D modelling software (Tinkercad) and learn how to use slicer software to optimize their designs before printing. Additionally, students will be taught how to operate and maintain different kinds of 3D printers. This course emphasizes how 3D printing can be used for real-world applications and by the end, students will be equipped with all the tools needed to create and print functional prototypes for everyday use! 

  • Course fee includes $50 material fee
  • HST will be added on top of the course fee


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Curiosity: Discover how things function while understanding the tech behind 3D printing
  • Creativity: Use 3D Printing and design to solve real-life problems
