Thank you for your interest in ISWIM School. They will be in touch with you shortly.
Our daughter was okay in the water—she wasn’t afraid, but she also wasn’t really swimming. It was more like doggy paddling. We wanted her to actually learn how to swim, not just splash around, which was our experience with other schools in the area. We found ISWIM via Google search and decided to give it a go. From day one, we could tell this wasn’t a typical swim school. The coaches are actual athletes, not just teenagers earning summer cash. They know techniques, and they teach in ways I’ve never seen before. It’s not just about getting from one side of the pool to the other—it’s about swimming properly. Fast forward one swim season, and our daughter isn’t just swimming—she loves it and can't wait to pass all the levels they offer. The progress she’s made speaks for itself. If you want your kid to truly learn to swim, ISWIM is the place to go.
Many programs focus only on water comfort, but we wanted our daughter to truly learn how to swim. ISWIM stood out because their coaches teach real technique, not just basic survival skills. After reading the Google reviews, we knew this was the right choice, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
This program was exactly what we were looking for: structured, technique-driven, and results-oriented. With full transparency, the coaches are stricter than in most schools, but they’re also kind. There’s no time for splashing around. Our daughter loved the dryland exercises and water comfort drills, which helped build her confidence. The big jump at the end of each class was our daughter's favorite.
There were six kids in her lane, and while the classes are structured with no time for chatting during the lesson, she still made friends and really enjoyed being part of the group. We loved the healthy competition during the races—it pushed her to try harder while keeping things fun. There were no issues at all. The coaches set the tone early, and all the kids were focused.
The progress our daughter made at ISWIM in just three months is remarkable. She can now perform basic freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, plus she even has the foundations of butterfly. Dryland training was completely new to us, but we quickly saw its value. The use of fins, floating paddles, and dumbbells was different from what we saw in the community center. Some of the drills were definitely challenging, especially the butterfly, but it was worth it.
Booking was straightforward, and any questions we had were answered via email within 24 hours. What really stood out was the coaching staff; they are and look like real athletes. They are passionate about swimming. The program was well-organized and structured. We didn't have any issues, but if we had any questions, they were addressed by the office or coaching staff quickly.
If you’re looking for a program where kids just play in the water, this isn’t it. ISWIM is for children who are ready to learn. listen. The structure and discipline are a big part of why the results are so impressive. One thing that surprised us was that the coaches teach from the deck rather than being in the water. At first, this seemed unusual, but after asking about it and watching the class, it made complete sense. They can see and correct every detail of technique, and honestly, the results speak for themselves.
Before joining ISWIM, my son was a bit nervous about swimming, but the instructors made him feel comfortable right from the start. During the sessions, he quickly grew more confident and enthusiastic,...
