Leaders-in-Training will spend a week learning the ins & outs of Christian leadership, growing in confidence & friendship with other LITs. Then, they’ll have a chance to shadow an experienced leader during one of our junior camp weeks, applying their new skills and continuing to learn as they practice their leadership.

Responsibility: LITs will learn to be responsible for themselves and others as they learn what it means to lead in a camp setting.
