Intensive Dance Camp

This camp is designed to bring students, including beginners and transfer students, to the level needed to compete on our competitive team and to perform in the Nutcracker. 

While it takes it a lot of work, new students manage to make this leap every year. We believe that new students succeed and enjoy dancing best when they are brought up to speed with their age-group as much as possible.  

In addition to our own teachers, our intensive dance camp includes a number of guest teachers and choreographers to build all students performance, style, and technique. To see this summer's guest choreographers and their video portfolios vist: https://kanatadance.com/programs/summer-dance-camp/.

This year's guest choreographers bring outstanding expertise in contemporary, modern, jazz, tap dance. Our studio instructors will be rounding out the camp, including providing instruction in ballet, hip hop, and musical theatre.

• Dates 2024: July 8-12 and August 5-9
• Time: 9 AM - 3:30 PM

• Experience: Open to new and experienced dancers
• Price: $500/week ($442.48/week before tax)
• Price: $350/week for students aged 6 years ($309.73/week before tax)
• Early drop-off option: 8:00 AM, $10/morning
• Late pick-up option: 4:30 PM, $10/afternoon.
