Trial Law Camp

Into Mock Trial or Debate Team? Binge watching courtroom dramas? Love a good argument? You could have a future in the field of trial law! Explore all roles of a challenging case, acting as attorneys, witnesses, jurors or bailiff. Develop your legal skills through research, crafting arguments, and preparing witnesses. Depending on your campus, you may visit the US Supreme Court (Georgetown) or the New Haven Superior Courthouse (Yale) for a "day in the life."

Join high school students from across North American (and the world!) at one of eight prestigious university campuses in the United States, where you'll engage in coursework designed to give you a leg up in the field and help you decide if this is the educational path for you. You'll get a fresh take on the legal profession from seasoned lawyers and scholars. and pick the brains of guest speakers. 

On the weekend and in the evenings, typical camp fun will ensue: take field trips to local attractions (Six Flags, the beach, museums, for example), hang out in the quad with your classmates, or showcase your special skills in the talent show.
