The goal of SJA Leadership Camp is to foster the development of participants' leadership abilities, self-regulation, and initiative. We aim to cultivate enthusiasm among participants for acquiring new skills that enhance their interactions with peers, teachers, classmates, and beyond. Our camp curriculum also encompasses one-on-one mentorship, interpersonal skills, and self-esteem. Throughout the duration of the camp, attendees will have ample opportunities to excel in diverse activities, support their peers, and demonstrate their capacity for leadership, thereby reinforcing their confidence in their capabilities.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Self-regulation: At SJA Leadership Camp, self-regulation means teaching children to manage their thoughts and actions. Through many different activities, they learn to make responsible decisions, take pride in their work and handle challenges confidently.
  • Interpersonal skills: At SJA Leadership Camp, participants will further develop their interpersonal skills; learning communication, teamwork, and empathy through activities and exercises.
