Inner Beauty Spa Camp

Our Inner Beauty Spa Camp is designed to inspire self-love, self-confidence, mindfulness, and prepare girls for a healthy mind, body & soul! Girls will learn self care rituals, stress management, and fun healthy lifestyle choices designed just for girls. She'll build a strong connection with others while enjoying DIY spa activities, art projects, movement in nature, and a ton of girly fun.  Most importantly, Our youth life coach lead will lead girls into discussions and activities for handling anxiety, self-esteem, friendships, and poor body image.  We'll even dive into the healthy management of social media and it's effect on our body image and self esteem, and how to avoid these defining our image of ourselves.   

This week girls will take part in a spa week with activities like:

* Spa Activities - homemade facials, manicures & pedicures

* Self-esteem building exercises

*Art empowerment projects

*DIY beauty products

*Girls Yoga & Pilates 

*Healthy Snacks and Smoothies

*Lazy River and Swimming 

Everyone receives our art supplies, project materials, and journal!

La Salle Park  50 North Shore Blvd E, Burlington, ON  (In the LaSalle Banquet Centre)

In grade 9-12 and interested in this camp? Take part in our Leadership Certification & have the opportunity to join this week at camp as a Teen Leader! Teen Leaders also receive High School volunteer hours, and the opportunity to receive a letter of recommendation for future employment as well as a letter of recognition for university applications.
