Radiant Girls Culinary Queens Cooking Camp

This fun week goes beyond our fun cooking activities and includes our entrepreneurial content, leadership skills, and creative programming. Along with a hearty day of cooking nutritious and delicious food, these girls will work together to design their own restaurant. Throughout the week the girls will create a restaurant name, business philosophy, theme, atmosphere, and menu. While designing their cafe, girls will gain confidence in the kitchen, experiencing new foods, appliances, recipes, and techniques. On the final day, girls will host a grand opening of their restaurant complete with a meal for parents. Girls will leave with new knowledge of healthy choices, newfound favourite foods, and recipes to enjoy these discoveries. Although each week will result in a unique restaurant and menu, girls will experience the following leadership skills during our process:
