Campers (entering Grades 5-8) in this program will specifically focus on the camp environment, and what it takes to be a successful camp counsellor. 

They will spend time considering their own strengths, and areas of improvement as a leader.  They will develop leadership plans through fun activities, and work together to develop their leadership skills. 

In the second half of the week, they will work with a camp group to lead activities, receiving feedback from a senior staff member.  They will also have the opportunity to attend a weekly excursion to leadership challenge sites such as treetop trekking, rock climbing and escape rooms.
