Explore the world of medical science, health and the human body. In this version of Medics Camp we will explore the nervous system, how the brain works, mental health, pet health and veterinary medicine the digestive system, optometry, audiology and surgery. We will take a journey beginning in your mouth where you smell and taste your food and then follow the food as it goes through your digestive system. Medics will learn about skin and the sense of touch, and then practice their surgical skills. Friday is first aid day where basic skills are learned and different from the ones they may have learned in our Discover theme camp.
