Start the year off right with a day or two or three at The Mansfield Outdoor Centre. It will be WILD!

New Years' Holiday camp runs from 9am to 4pm each day,. Campers can be dropped off any time after 8:30am and picked up by 4:30pm. These camps are limited to 20 campers per day.

We will get outside and play each day... If conditions permit we will cross country ski, snowshoe, and enjoy time in the forest. If mother nature does not give us enough snow, we will still get out and build shelters, play games and hike in the woods. There will be a time for crafts each day and a campfire to end the day (with marshmallows, of course!)

A  hot home cooked lunch and two snacks are included each day. 


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: During our holiday camp, campers are challenged to try new things and get active each day. Fine motor skills are refined during our arts and crafts period each day.
  • Interpersonal skills: Campers practice the important social skills of meeting new people and learning to work together. Our professional staff demonstrate empathy, leadership and patience while having fun with the campers.
