Sunday House League Programs at Havergal College and Bishop Strachan School

Our Sunday Houseleague programs are a fantastic fit for athletes of all levels, from beginners to those who have played on school teams or participated in our League programs before! Each 8-week session runs for 90 minutes every Sunday at either Havergal College or Bishop Strachan School. Athletes are grouped into teams before the first session, and the program is designed to offer a mix of skill development and friendly competition.

The first half of each session focuses on individual skills, with coaches working closely with athletes to improve their technique. In the second half, teams put their skills to the test with some friendly competition, while coaches provide guidance on game-play situations and positions. On the final Sunday, we host our much-loved Championship Day, where all teams compete in a fun, tournament-style event to wrap up the season.

Our League programs are incredibly popular, and many athletes return session after session, year after year. In fact, a lot of our rep team athletes started their journey in our Houseleague programs!
