LIT

The Leader in Training program is a fun and engaging program which will develop your leadership skills and set you on the path to work at the Ranch as staff! There are two sessions of LIT; participants will attend ONE of the two sessions. The program includes daily sessions where you will get to know your fellow L.I.T.ers and will explore what it looks like to work at camp and how the Christian values of the Ranch shape that experience. You will assist with a variety of tasks around the Ranch and experience what it's like to be staff here. Each day, you will also have time to participate in some of your favourite camp activities like trail rides, swimming, rock climbing, archery and all-camp games! After the two week program, you may be invited to volunteer for additional weeks of camp.

The application period for LIT 2025 is open until March 31, 2025. If you are selected for the LIT program, you will be sent a registration link after this date. Due the high volume of applications for this program, we would recommend signing up for another camp as well (like Teen Week) to ensure that your child will have the opportunity to attend camp this summer. If they are accepted into the LIT program and no longer wish to attend Teen Week, we're happy to transfer their registration.
