The Way Leadership program is an intensive learning opportunity, including a wilderness adventure and an internship on-site at Gracefield Camp. 

The Way program campers will learn about teamwork through games, initiatives, and activities.  Exploring leaders from the Bible.  This is sure to be an epic nine days of fun, friendship, and fostering new confidence and skills.

Following the online registration, acceptance into the Way program will require an additional application process, interview and references.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Responsibility: Throughout the program campers will be given instruction and opportunity to show and develop leadership skills.
  • Religious faith: The participants will learn to understand faith and its role in our lives. Learning from examples of good and bad leadership from the Bible and applying it to living a life as a loving and caring leader in our world today.
