Budding dancers, aged 5 – 6 years, are introduced to the basic concepts of ballet including beginning steps, terminology, musicality, focus, and expression. Throughout the year, students gain strength, coordination and self-confidence from our award-winning and Royal Academy of Dance certified faculty.

Families are required to commit to one class per week from September through June. Upon completion of the Children’s Division, students will be equipped for entry into the Academy’s Elementary and Intermediate Divisions where they will continue their training and begin preparations for the annual Royal Academy of Dance graded examinations, intensive training, or other after school programs.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Creativity: Sparks imagination in children, blending ballet, music, and movement. Through playful exploration, young dancers build confidence, coordination, and self-expression. Each class encourages creativity, helping kids discover new ways to express emotions and ideas while developing foundational skills.
Physicality: Dance fosters physical development through movement, music, and ballet. Young dancers improve coordination, balance, and strength while building confidence. Each class focuses on physical skills like focus and flexibility, encouraging kids to express themselves through active, dynamic movement.
