We understand that every child learns differently and we take the time to get to know each student so that we can tailor our teaching methods to their specific needs. Whether it’s through one-on-one tutoring sessions or group lessons, we strive to create an environment where students can feel comfortable and confident in their learning process. Our goal is for them to gain a deep understanding of the material while also developing the skills necessary for success in other areas of life.
At Empower Learning Centre, we believe that equal emphasis should be placed on a child’s mental well-being as well as their academic performance. That’s why we focus on social emotional development as much as academics, paving the way for a new approach to learning that emphasizes resilience, creativity, problem solving and collaboration. We provide our students with the tools they need to think critically and work beyond conventional methods in order to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Self-regulation: Conscientiousness, discipline, and self-control. The ability to regulate emotions and behaviour. Organization and executive functioning skills.
Independence: Ability and willingness to do things on one’s own. Self-initiative, self-motivation, self-care. Decisiveness.
