The 3-on-3 league is structured to refine athlete's skills by focusing on key aspects of the game in a smaller, more controlled environment. Through a tailored curriculum, players engage in high-frequency decision-making, executing advanced game strategies and situational plays, allowing for targeted skill development.

This format emphasizes increased player involvement, enhancing basketball IQ, spatial awareness, and teamwork.

The reduced player count demands quicker reads and sharper execution, fostering a comprehensive understanding of offensive and defensive principles crucial for excelling in 5-on-5 play.

3on3 League Structure:

1) 30 minutes of game concepts which include:

  • Offense - Spacing, ball movement, teamwork and more!
  • Defense - Body positioning, communication, rotations, and more!

2) 1 hour of gameplay

  • Competitive 3on3 games

  • Self-regulation: Sport is emotional. Learning to regulate your emotions after a loss, or failure is a life skill that sport teaches over and over again. Our life skill curriculum highlights how to self-regulate in sport and in life.
