Learn about the many different types of insects, mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians that call Claireville home! In this animal focused camp all the activities, crafts and games will be related to learning more about animal behavior, and adaptations.

Note: There is no camp session on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Curiosity: Campers are encouraged to explore the local flora and fauna of Claireville Conservation Area, leading to a sparked interest and curiosity of the natural world.
  • Generosity: Through exposure to the natural landscape at Claireville, Campers become familiar with the importance of caring for the land and the planet. Generosity is expressed in the campers desire to take action and help.
