The Wrangler Crew program offers youth 14 to 15 years old an opportunity to be a camper and learn what it’s like to work at the barn. This unique program is designed to develop leadership abilities as teens serve at camp from a ‘behind-the-scenes’ vantage point.

Wrangler Crew will volunteer for 12 hours at camp which counts toward the OSSD’s required 40 hours of mandatory community service for high school students. Certificates are issued at end of each camp session.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Responsibility: Campers are paired with staff members to complete tasks at the barn. They help with horse care and riding lessons.
Independence: Campers are responsible to be on time and prepared for their activities and tasks.
