One Week Traditional Camp is a great introduction to camp and all it has to offer. Take part in camp programming and get a taste for what camp life is all about. Whether it’s your first time away from home or you can only fit one week of camp into a busy summer schedule we’ve got you covered!
Campers will have the opportunity to select their own program each day. Whether they are interested in learning how to canoe, build a fire and make bracelets in arts in crafts there is something for everyone! Campers will take part in a large camp wide program each evening which allows campers of all ages to get to know one another and share in their camp experience.
Character Development: This program helps build the following traits
Independence: Campers will be a part of a cabin group to promotes campers taking ownership over their belongings, daily schedule and relationships. Campers are encouraged with the support of their staff to explore who they are and focus on what interests them during their time at camp.
Responsibility: Campers are asked to take responsibility for themselves while at camp. We focus on campers being the best they can be while at camp and learning how to take those skills home with them at the end of the summer.
