April 21 PA Day Camp

Barnburner's Easter Monday Camp offers a hockey training experience like no other! Combining cutting edge technology and expert coaching, we help players aged 6-16 refine their skills on both on and off the ice. Our program features skating treadmills with AI analysis, synthetic ice shooting lanes, and dryland training all under one roof. 

Players will engage in three one-hour small-group sessions (6:1 player to coach ratio) on stride mechanics, skating endurance, shooting accuracy, stickhandling and strength-building. Then campers spend two hours training on-ice at RINX to apply their learnings. Breaks are filled with fun activities like air hockey and mini-sticks, ensuring a balanced day of development and smiles! With a low player-to-coach ratio, personalized feedback, and a safe, engaging environment, Barnburner's Easter Monday Camp is the ultimate hockey camp in the GTA and the perfect way to spend a day off school!

On Ice
Our on ice sessions combine skill work, small area games and game application to ensure that what you work on with us at Barnburner can be applied directly to your game play. We focus on passing, shooting, stickhandling and winning puck battles to build all around skills that will translate to an improved and well-rounded hockey player.

Skating Treadmill
Our state of the art skating treadmill allows campers to reach new levels of speed, power and technique. In most power skating sessions a coach has to wait until the skater is finished a drill to give feedback. With our skating treadmills, we can give feedback in real time and help skaters improve their technique with each stride. Using AI, and high speed cameras we can analyse your stride to identify areas of weakness, allowing coaches to customize drills to each individual skater.

Synthetic Ice Shooting Pad
On our synthetic ice shooting pad, campers will be able to take hundreds of shots a day in a wide range of drills designed to be fun, challenging and most importantly game applicable. Our coaches will not only improve campers shooting technique, they will provide context for when and where to use each technique we teach.
