On-Ice: Lace up your skates and hit the ice for an action-packed 2 HOUR on-ice session at RINX, where you'll put your newly polished skills to the test in exhilarating drills and gameplay scenarios led by our seasoned coaches.

1 Hour Strength & Conditioning Circuit: Get ready to sweat and strengthen your hockey physique with our dynamic gym session, featuring a mix of strength, conditioning, and agility exercises to elevate your game to the next level.

1 Hour doing Shooting Practice: Hone your shooting prowess with precision shooting drills designed to sharpen your accuracy, power, and puck-handling skills, setting you up for scoring success.

1 Hour on our Skating Treadmills: Dive into an immersive skating treadmill session led by our expert coaches, where you'll refine your technique and boost your speed for enhanced on-ice performance.
