Calling all digital photography enthusiasts ages 10 - 13! A professional photographer, with the help of camp staff, will deliver a five-day development program aimed to take a beginner photographer to an advanced-skill level in just one week. This camp aims to be fun, encourage and motivate young photographers, stimulate their imagination, and inspire creative freedom. Campers must be prepared to bring their own DSLR camera that offers a range of exposure and focus control, fully charged battery, memory card, empty USB Thumb Drive, and lots of enthusiasm

This camp is about learning to use the full functions of your camera to take precise photographers with increased control well beyond mere snapshots or selfies. Using Photoshop campers will make their images really stand out, starting from basic adjustments, progressing to advanced artistic control for creative results. Learning about ‘The 5 Rules’, The Golden Ratio, RAW vs. JPG, and much more. A professional photographer and camp staff provide top-level instruction to develop each young photographer’s creativity and talent behind the lens.

The program also includes a well-rounded day with supervised recreational activities outdoors, photo scavenger hunts, recreational swim time and includes a nutritious hot lunch. Each campers’ week culminates in designing a showcase exhibition of their best photographs, that family and friends are invited to attend.
