Pre-Competitive Novice is an intermediary program for girls age 5.5-7. Our Short Program is 8 weeks; Just long enough for your little one to get a feel for the sport. We will further offer camps and programs in September. Call or email to set up a gym tour and program fitting. 


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: Rhythmic Gymnastics focuses on flexibility, strength and style
  • Curiosity: Our 8 week program is a way to explore the sport and culture of Rhythmic Gymnastics without a long term commitment
