At a gymnastics camp, your daughter or son will get close instruction and coaching in gymnastics. And let's not forget of course that gymnastics is an excellent way for your daughter or son to remain active and fit. Many athletes from various sports use gymnastics to help keep themselves limber; for example, some professional hockey goaltenders engage in numerous gymnastics activities in order to avoid stretching injuries.
