Parent and Tot allow our youngest swimmers to build their swimming foundations while in the presents of a familiar face. 

A guardian must join the child in the lesson. We will be introducing getting comfortable with floats, glides, kicking, submersions, and other water activities in a fun and inviting environment. Full of playtime and songs to allow adults to ask questions, and have fun. 

Children need to be ages 4 months - 2 years however we recommend children come after they are able to crawl to get the most out of the lessons. 


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Curiosity: Allowing children to explore the world of swimming.
